How to order
Purchasing from Fenton Sports is designed to be simple and secure. You can order Online, or by telephoning 01277 219438. Fenton Sports has integrated PayPal  to manage website payments offering you complete financial information security and privacy. All financial information exchanged with Paypal is private and secure.

 Please take note of the following before ordering from Fenton Sports:

• Please ensure that you have read the Terms & Conditions
• Carefully check that you have ordered the correct size, or quantity (if applicable)
• Please note that certain products are non-returnable once they have been customised. This includes items such as embroidered boots, customised clothing, equipment and teamwear products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• We will contact you if we expect any problems with delivery as soon as possible.

Stock and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all items sold are in stock. Occasionally, due to high demand or manufacturing delays we are unable to make immediate delivery. For this reason we always contact our customers if there is likely to be a delay. All items are subject to availability.

Please note that certain orders will not be dispatched immediately for some of the following reasons:

• Certain products are delivered/ordered direct from the manufacturer. This is mainly applicable to large/bulky items
• Credit Card/Payment checks
• Items out of stock/Not available

Fenton Sports reserve the right to alter without prior notice, prices, specification and conditions of sale.

Delivery
Our delivery and handling charges are as follows:
We aim to keep all of our products in stock. Certain larger/specialist items are sent direct from the manufacturer. We aim to dispatch items from stock within one - two working days. Where there is a delay or non-availability, we will notify you immediately. Fenton Sports uses reputable couriers in order to ensure that your purchase arrives promptly and securely. Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Free – Orders over £120 (UK only)
• £4.00 – Orders under £120 – 2-3 Day Delivery (UK only) 
• Overseas Delivery - £10.00 (large/heavy orders may incur an additional charge)

Returning/Cancelling your Order
You may return any product for a refund of the price that you paid for it. This must be done within 7 days and the product must be in its original condition, unused, together with the original packaging.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return the product. Fenton Sports will not be held responsible for goods not received. Please include the returns label when you return the product to us. We aim to process your return within seven days of receipt.

Please note the following:

• Items that have been customised e.g. clothing, equipment, team wear cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.
• All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
• Providing that you have contacted our store and reached prior agreement we will refund our standard shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.

Your Privacy
Whilst using this website, certain activities such as ordering products online or registering for information, may require us to ask you to provide certain information about yourself, by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, Fenton Sports may require that you provide us personal information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and other personal identifying information. Fenton Sports may retain this information for marketing purposes but will not pass on this information or share the information with any third parties.

Removing your personal details

Please include your name, address and/or the e-mail address you registered with when you contact us. We will then remove you from our database. Please note that if you have made a purchase from Fenton Sports, we may be legally required to keep details of your transaction for a period of time.

Complaints and Comments
If you have a complaint or comments about our web site or any of the products supplied to you, please contact Fenton Sports. You can do this by using the ‘Contact Us’ section on the website. Alternatively, you can call us Monday – Saturday between 9am and 5pm. UK customers should call 01277 219438. Customers calling from outside the UK should call +44 1277 219438.

Discount Club
Fenton Sports is proud of its association with the many local sports clubs and associations. If you are a registered member of such an organisation, you may be entitled to join the Fenton Sports ‘Discount Club’ scheme. This entitles members to a 10% discount eligible products. Discount Club discount cannot be used on "sale" items or "Club Wear" products. In order to qualify you must register - either online or in person at our store. Membership of the "Discount Club" is solely at the discretion of Fenton Sports. Fenton Sports reserves the right to terminate this scheme and/or withdraw individual memberships at any time and without prejudice. Memberships is non–transferable and has no monetary value.

All information including pricing is correct at the time of publishing. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may occasionally have to be altered, including the rate of VAT. If this happens, we will contact you in order to reconfirm your order at the altered price.
